What is the typical lease duration and are there extension options?

Staff apartments have a one-month minimum with flexible month-to-month renewal. Family townhomes typically start at three months with straightforward extension terms. Clifftop villas are recommended for six months or longer, with renewal discussed as the end date approaches.

Can we arrange a viewing before committing to a property?

Yes, we can arrange viewings for employees who arrive ahead of their start date. For those relocating from overseas, we provide detailed photos and video walkthroughs. We also offer a 14-day satisfaction period for staff apartments and townhomes.

How do you handle maintenance requests and issues during the lease?

For staff apartments, you contact us directly and we coordinate with the landlord or service provider. For family townhomes and villas with ongoing support, we handle maintenance scheduling proactively. Emergency issues like plumbing or electrical problems are addressed within 24 hours.

What happens at the end of the lease period?

We conduct a brief inspection, arrange for the return of any security deposits, and handle final utility readings. If the employee is extending their assignment, we discuss renewal or alternative housing. The process is kept simple and respectful of everyone's time.
