Meridique began in early 2018 when three HR professionals noticed a pattern. Multinational companies expanding into Malaysia often struggled to find suitable housing for relocating employees. The options were either too expensive, poorly maintained, or located in areas far from workplaces and international schools.
We started by helping a technology firm find apartments for six engineers arriving from Singapore. That led to more requests from other companies, and within a year we were managing housing for dozens of relocating employees across Kuala Lumpur and surrounding areas.
Our approach has remained straightforward. We inspect every property before recommending it, arrange pre-arrival preparations, and provide ongoing support throughout the lease period. For families, we assist with school enrollment and community orientation. For senior leadership, we coordinate household staff and concierge services.

Safety Verification
We verify that all units have working smoke detectors, secure locks, and comply with local safety regulations. For family townhomes, we ensure child-safe fixtures and fenced outdoor areas.
Clear Documentation
Lease terms, included services, renewal procedures, and deposit return processes are documented clearly in writing and explained to both HR contacts and relocating employees.
Privacy Protection
Employee personal information is handled according to Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act. We share details only with authorized HR contacts and relevant service providers.
Ongoing Communication
HR departments receive monthly reports on lease status, maintenance activity, and upcoming renewals. Employees can reach us during business hours for questions or concerns.
